This ain't about how I look - it's about how I cook with these rhymes I'm servin like
wine that's fine - I'm rhymin tighter with age - ya see I light up the stage where  music
takes place - I make weight with my heavyweight rhythm prescription for ya rhythm
addiction - I'm a man withstanding transition - even with a fibromyalgia condition I can
still dance for a little while to this rhythm - I flip my rhymes like it's clips equipped wit
mad ammunition - I'm a man on a mission to get 'em dancin wit hands liftin - and yes
we goin to move - how could ya hear this tune and not groove? music smooth like
lubrication have 'em dancin like Rhythm Nation (Janet Jackson song) then stop - -
in anticipation I'm placin - Jay graced in high training of timing and motivation to
rock some whole nations while bringin smiles to faces my hope and vocation

I keep it hot like it's Houston each time that I'm provin - ya see what I'm doin
it's time to get movin 'cause we - goin - to - dance

I might seem discreet - I'm so tight (excellent) and even might write when I'm sleepin
some type in ripe season that might make ya start creepin in a trace and start dancin
romancin with a flow outstandin - yo I've landed this track I've been handed by fate
that could make ya back shake like land quakes at many raps this man makes - my flow
long like mad lakes - I move with grace with my gait and just like a scrape this cut
it ain't deep but still fun to come unique - Cee she likes it upbeat - think I'm on the
right street - the right path - my physique decreased mass but still have a six pack
of abs - a souvenir from bodybuildin - still willing to rock millions and get 'em
movin like land shakin wit mad cuts like landscapin - I'm placin what I'm unfoldin
I been told my voice is potent - I hope that I've chosen the right time to get ya
roped in my vocal tone potion - the localized rhyme explosion

For my condition I learned and I witnessed I gotta do daily stretchin and movement
to stay loose and it's reducing my pain and maintaining flexibility - otherwise
in time some tightness might be killin me - so my wife was nice to make a youtube
video of many moves I could do to stay loose with my body and ironically like
Mr. Miyagi - this repetition and affliction is how I learned to dance with this
rhythm - otherwise I'd never try and woulda died devoid of a high I've enjoyed
from skills I've employed from a master of the craft of dancin with a passion
known as C - E - E - my better half and after many times that I've danced
and with pride - now we dance synchronized and I do more than rhyme
when I'm moved by a tune in my mind and my body - it's odd how these
problems can be blessings I can mention

My voice is an instrument I play in different ways
I just feel the track - it dictates how I play
